Cancellation Policy

Please respectfully give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If there are less than 24 hours notice given, there will be a $25 charge.

Forms of Payment

We currently accept Cash, Checks, Visa and Mastercard depending upon location. We currently do not accept insurance, but will be happy to give you an itemized bill to submit to your insurance company.
