We all have a daily routine that we adhere to, right? Having these routines, while necessary in order to fulfill our everyday tasks, can be extremely monotonous. Shake it up a bit! Did you know that doing something different everyday will not only help stimulate our brains and help us to feel refreshed, but it will help us to actively live our life, instead of merely existing! Incorporate something new in your daily life and see if you can keep it up for at least 1 week!
